Conditions

Diabetes mellitus hyperglycaemia

Interventions

Hyperglycaemic clamp. The plasma glucose concentration will be elevated in a stepwise manner by administration of somatostatin, glucose and insulin (fasting, 6 mmol/l, 8 mmol/l and 10 mmol/l).
