Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least community ambulatory (according to Hoffer et al. , adapted by Schoenmakers et al. ) Be able to follow instructions regarding testing and training Parental and child informed consent Age 6-18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient understanding of the Dutch language in both children and parents. Medical events that will not allow exercise testing and/or training. Children participating in high level sports and/or more than 3 hours a week. Severe cognitive impairments (IQ
