Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic osteoarthritis of the knee,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other orthopaedic comorbidity inhibiting normal rehabilitation, contra's concerning spinal anaesthesia, inability performing in a group, > 85 years
