18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age at enrollment in the study between 20 and 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deep-vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism in the past. Surgery on veins in the legs.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Venous valve thickness.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Number of cusps that each valve contains. Time to closure of the examined valve after standardized calf compression (with an automatic cuff inflator) as an indication of venous function.
