18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy subjects (18 years old or older.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: when tracheotomy is necessary when facial mask or laryngeal mask anaesthesia in indicated patients under 18 years of age patients of non-Caucasian descent patients requiring non-standard blade sizes other than three or four patients with an ASA score above III

Measure	Time frame
The main study parameters are the intubation times obtained during laryngoscopy.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The secondary study parameters are: Cormack Lehane grades; the need for extra tools (e.g. stylet) in order to intubate the patient. Finally a subjective assessment of the practical ease of using the device is given.	—
