12 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety Between 12 and 18 years old Having access to email and a computer with broadband Internet access Willingness to participate Informed consent from participant and parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suicidal intentions Severe depressive and/or anxiety complaints Already receiving treatment for mental health issues

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the effectiveness of the intervention, participants answer questionnaires about depressive symptoms, anxious symptoms, quality of life, and self-esteem.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Predictors are: worrying, sense of control, social anxious symptoms, alcohol- and druguse, peer relationships, disfunctional cognitions, problem-solving skills, and emotion regulation.
