Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: nulliparous women singleton pregnancy good knowledge of Dutch language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of urinary and or faecal incontinence Previous prolapse or anti-incontinence surgery Connective tissue disease Neurological disorders Not allowed to do a maximum valsalva manoeuvre
