Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all parents whose child (under 12 year) is admitted for assessment and get counselling during the research period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: urgency or crisis care are excluded

MeasureTime frame
The decisional conflict of both groups are compared and within both group the difference is measured before and after counselling.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The difference in decisional conflict between different patientgroups. The influence of visualisation of information upon understanding and participation.
