Inclusion criteria: -18-35 years old -female -signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -contra-indications for laparoscopy -contra-indications for MRI -use of agents that suppressing the hormonal state (e.g. GnRH analogues) -glaucoma
