Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - patients admitted to the Geriatric ward of UMC St Radboud

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - no mastering of Dutch language - patient is bedridden; - being deaf and/or blind - severe dementia (CDR=3) - having delirium (DOS>4) - severe agitation and/or severe problems in attention so patient can not keep up the psychological tests of 75 minutes.
