Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients that previously had wrist trauma and are clinically suspect for having a scaphoid fracture will be prospectively included in our study when they present within 24 hours after the injury. Scan must be obtained within 72 hours after presentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a known history of: * Prior scaphoid fracture * Perilunate fracture-dislocations of the wrist * Pregnant women
