Age

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age: 45 -65 years • Pain and / or stiffness of hip and / or knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and spondylitis ankylopoetica • Patients with osteoarthritis Kellgren IV in one or more of the four joints (hips end knees) • Patients with prostheses in one of the four joints • Patients with serious comorbidity that makes physical assessment difficult or impossible or results in a much shorter life expectancy • Patients who have had a tumour in the last 5 years (except for skin carcinomas without metastases) • Patients who do not understand the dutch language in such a way that questionnaires can be filled in • Patients who only have symptoms of local tendinitis and / or bursitis • Patients with acute pain after a trauma or an accident • Patients with radiculating pain in the knee and / or hip region
