Inclusion criteria: The person lives independenly (alone or with a partner) Team 290 is the primary service provider to this client a diagnosis related to dementia has been selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diagnosis has been postulated before the age of 70 was reached dementia is not the main diagnosis
