Inclusion criteria: age: 18-27 Body mass index within the range of 18-30 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema Diabetes mellitus Cancer Muscle disorders Upper extremity fractures Alcohol or drug abuse Gravidity Change of weight of more than 4 kg within the last 4 weeks
