Interventions

Intervention: a feeding plate (standard procedure in UMCG cleft team) with a nasal stent to support the nasal ala in symmetric shape.

Age
2 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: unilateral cleft of lip, jaw with or without cleft palate Caucasian descent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: co-existing syndromes presentation to the cleft team 2 weeks after birth
