Inclusion criteria: - Hemodialysis patient > 18 years - Secondary hyperparathyoidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Severe hypercalcemia (Ca2+ > 2,65 mmol/L) - Severe hepatic dysfunction - Overdosage of digoxin - Hypersensitivity to vitamine D or an overdosage of vitamin D - Parathyroidectomy -
