18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria are when patients have problems with determining their limits, with acceptance of pain complaints of when the patient feels stressed. Because the succesfulness of the training is dependent on the willingness of the patient to practice at home, the patient has to decide himself if he participates in the training. The age of the patient is 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious psychiatric problems abuse of alcohol or drugs not willing to practice for 45 minutes every day
