18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The population-based Cancer Registry of comprehensive cancer centre south (CCCS)will be used to select all patients diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and non-Hodkgin Lymphoa between 1999 en 2005 and patients diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma between 1996-2005 in the region of the CCCS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants have to be 85 years or younger as it is expected that they will have difficulty in completing a self-report questionnaire without assistance.
