Inclusion criteria: Healthy Men between 20-59 years of age Women between 20-69 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Aortic aneurisma Aortic stenosis instabible angina pectoris recent myocard infarct myocarditis pulmonal or systemic emboly cardiomyopathy use of betablockers unable to walk without devices for more than 10 minutes

| To validate three other questionnaires about physical activity with the ActiHeart monitor. - The IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire): this questionnaire is the recommended questionnaire to use in international perspective (www.ipaq.ki.se) - The RPAQ (Recent Physical Activity Questionnaire): this questionnaire was developed by the MRC Epidemiology Unit in Cambridge, one of the EPIC centres, and will possibly be used in the EPIC study in the future - The SQUASH (Short QUestionnaire to ASsess Health enhancing physical activity): this questionnaire is the national standard questionnaire on physical activity in the Netherlands. Moreover, this study presents the possibility to explore the measurement of physical activity of these questionnaires relative to each other. | — |
