Inclusion criteria: male, BMI > 35 kg/m2, age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of hypogonadism, pituitary disease, venous thrombosis. Use of testosterone, aldactone, finasteride, glucocorticoids. LH > 8 IU/L
