Inclusion criteria: patients with Myotonic Dystrofy type 2, DNA proven on chromosome 3q21.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy use of medication that has influence on colonmotility during measurement of colon transittime hypothyreoidy and depression
