Inclusion criteria: · suspected endoscopically visible tumour · written informed consent · histologycally or cytologicoly documented inoperable advanged stage IV NSCLC or extensive SCLC · WHO 1-2 · Life expectancy > 12weeks · Adequate hemologycal/liver/renal function · INR
