within a month after discharge from the hospital and will be guided by a

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective thoracotomy patients. 2. Age >= 18
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pain. 2. A previous thoracotomy. 3. Comorbidity limiting rehabilitation: - RA - severe ischaemic heart disease or myocardial failure; EF
