Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Turkish, Moroccan or other non-western immigrant men and women between the ages 18 and 65 * with psychological problems * and are absent from their job or are at risk of absenteeism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * problems with substance abuse, psychotic symptoms and/or are suicidal. * somatic problems that interfere with treatment for psychological problems * conflict with colleagues which are already being dealt with legally * wartrauma
