Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of stage IIIb/IV lungcancer, being treated in the Jeroen Bosch or St. Elisabeth hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not speaking sufficient Dutch or English, having a major psychiatric condition at baseline
