Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children 4-16 years of age with known pubertal stages and children with hyperandrogenism treated in the LUMC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obese children Children with astma Children with inflammatoiry disease Children using medication other than thyroxine of constipation treatment

MeasureTime frame
If a good correclation between serum and saliva can be found, it's no longer nessesary to do a venapuncture in children for androstenedione measurements. Reference values are also collected to interpret the results
