Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women 55 years of age and over from general physician practices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women who are institutionalized or not able to complete the study survey by themsleves due to cognitive impairement, language barriers, institutionalization, or are too ill to complete the survey.
