Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: travellers to Central- or South-America, East Europe, Africa, Middle or Far East, and a stay for >=4 weeks or a stay >1 week but less than 4 weeks and intensive contact with the indigenous population

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: travellers to North America, West - or South Europe, and Australia
