Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Dutch boys and girls aged 4-13 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with: - impaired motor development affecting physical condition - pulmonary diseases - cardiovascular diseases - obesity (i.e. weight for height ratio above + 2 SDS) - use of drugs that may affect the physical condition
