Inclusion criteria: - Diagnose: een eerste manifestatie van een vorm van mamma- of van longcarcinoom - Klinisch of poliklinisch in behandeling - Fysieke conditie: ECOG 0-1 - Mamma ca.: Adjuvant chemotherapie bij stadium I-II of neoadjuvant chemotherapie bij stadium 3 - Long ca.: non-small-cell stadium 3-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Leeftijd ouder dan 75 jaar - Niet in staat zijn om Nederlands te lezen of te schrijven. - Behandeling voor een psychiatrische aandoening (volgens oordeel behandelend arts).
