2 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: -Clinical diagnosis of Spastic Cerebral Palsy -Diplegic or hemiplegic -Age: between 6 and 12 years of age -Male and female -Independent walkers without walking aids (with or without AFO, GMFCS classification I or II (gross motor function classification system, (Wood and Rosenbaum, 2000)) ;Healthy controls -Age-matched to CP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: -Prior multilevel surgery, SDR or baclophen treatment. -Prior BTX-A
