Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 20 individuals with 22q11 deletion syndrome with no psychiatric history and no use of psychiatric medication, age 18 till 50 years. 20 healthy volunteers, matched for age and gender, with no psychiatric history and no use of psychiatric medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, presence of metals that are not allowed in MRI-investigation.
