Patients will undergo a second endoscopy using the TNE system before the conventionall upper gastrointestinal endoscopy

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: signed informent consent age > or= 18 years diagnostic upper GI endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following patients are excluded from the study: a. Sedation is given to the patient b. Unwilling to fullout the questionnaires c. Therapeutic upper GI endoscopy
