Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between 18 and 65 years of age Employed On sick leave or threatened to go on sick leave in the near future DSM IV Diagnosis: adjustment disorder (distress, surmenage, burnout)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to speak or read Dutch.
