Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 20 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent trauma/ surgery; recent hospitalisation; acute infection which recuired anti-biotic treatment; pregnancy/ breastfeeding; myocardial infarction in the past 12 weeks.
