Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All TTTS cases treated with fetoscopic laser surgery at our center are eligible for our study. All monochorionic twins without TTTS delivered at our center will be included in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Higher order pregnancies will be excluded from the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome is the incidence of IUI in TTTS after fetoscopic laser therapy, including CA, funisitis and chronic villitis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are to indentify the risk factors of IUI in TTTS with laser therapy and to compare the outcome between recipient and donor twins.
