Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - The elderly care worker is able to read and understand the Dutch language - The elderly care worker is minimally 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - The elderly care worker is on sick leave for 1 month or more before completing the baseline questionnaire - The employment contract of the elderly care worker ends within six months after completing the baseline questionnaire
