Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * identification as frequent attender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * current situation, e.g, death in the family, severe somatic/psychiatric illness, making it undesirable that the patient is approached for participation in the study, as judged by the treating GP
