Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult (18 years or older) patients who have been accepted for aortic valve replacement in Erasmus University Medical Center (Erasmus MC), University Medical Center Utrecht (UMCU) and Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are legally incapable.
