Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-year-old major being; 2. Pain presents cranium-cervical of three months of evolution; 3. The criteria fulfill diagnosis described for the triggers points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Existence of some contraindication for the invasive treatment: A. Ingestion of some anticoagulant; B. Allergy to the nickel; C. To have suffered some neumotorax; D. Fear of the needles. 2. To present diagnosis of fibromialgia or to have widespread pain; 3. To present diagnosis of migraine of type tensional or migraine; 4. To have suffered a cervical traumatism; 5. To be diagnosed of an injury of cervical sprain; 6. To present some inflammatory artropatía; 7. To be controlled of cancer of breast; 8. To present a linfedema; 9. To be pregnant; 10. To have been an agreement with acupuncture in the last six months; 11. To have received invasive treatment for the PGM in the last six months.
