Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescents age 16 up to and including 22 years who are having problems with falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early. On a self-reported sleep calendar sleep efficiency is less than 85%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with sleeping problems due to a delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS)
