Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has to be a patient within the Elisabeth-Tweesteden Ziekenhuis (ETZ). 2. The patient has to be 18 years or older 3. The patient has to have a cardiac arrest that is going to be treated actively by doing CPR treatment in a (well controlled) clinical environment. CPR may be performed either manually or using an automated CPR device.  4. Data of patients will only be included in the study for analysis after signed deferred informed consent has been received from the patient or a relative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. When not enough caregivers are present at the resuscitation to perform their regular tasks. 2. When no trained person is available who can operate the investigational device.  3. Trauma patients. 4. Pregnant patients. 5. Patients with severe wounds on the desired measurement locations.
