Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Dilated cardiomyopathy - Hart transplantation from 1980 - 2014 in the UMC-Utrecht - Assist-device from 1985 - 2014 in the UMC-Utrecht - Genetical testing performed from the UMC-Utrecht for hereditary cardiomyopathies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inconsistent or missing electronic patient files
