Interventions

At the level of the supervisor: The supervisor will receive a training (2 sessions of 4 hours). The first session focused on knowledge regarding sustainable health and on problem solving techniques.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Workers of the Leids University Medical Centre (LUMC).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being on sickness absence with no prospect of recovery; 2. Upcoming retirement, resignation or sabbatical in the coming year; 3. Not able to understand, speak, read, and write the Dutch language.
