Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults in The Netherlands: 18 years old or older with a rheumatic arthritis diagnosed by a rheumatologist, with stable medication > 3 months who speaks Dutch, are motivated to change the lifestyle and who are able to actively participate in all session.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults who follow a strict diet or other lifestyle program or who have major physical or psychological disease (beside their rheumatic disease)
