Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnoses of Raynaud's phenomenon - Underwent NCM when they were under 18 years of age - Currently 16 years of age or older

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of the study is to determine the sensitivity and specificity of NCM in combination with ANA for predicting an underlying CTD in children with Raynaud's.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- To study the changes of the nailfold capillaroscopic pattern over time (>5 years): pattern, number of capillaries, number of giant capillaries, hemorrhages - To describe the characteristics of our cohort of children/young adults with Raynaud’s phenomenon with a follow-up of >5 years - To study the predictive value of symptoms specific for CTD and abnormal lab tests (CRP, BSE, kidney function, complement C3 and C4, erythrocyteuria, cryoglobulinemia)
