Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes type 2 diabetes; 2. Age >18 years; 3. Self-reported stress complaints; 4. Mastery of the Dutch language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychopathology; 2. Severe physical co morbidity; 3. Already receiving treatment in the mental health care.
