20 Elite speed skaters aged 18-40

Interventions
Half the study population will be asked to use an inspiratory muscle trainer device for 30 inhalations against 50% of the maximum inspiratory pressure twice daily for 6 weeks.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elite speed skaters from proffesional skating teams of regional selection teams; 2. Age between 18-40 years; 3. Abilit to perform reproducible lung function tests; 4. Clinically stable for 3 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary disorders other than Asthma/NHR; 2. Other neurological of cardiac disorder.
