Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing: Diagnostic hysteroscopy (DHS), transcervical resection of myoma/polyp/endometrium (TCRM/P/E), Essure sterilisation, intrauterine device (IUD) placement/removal or intrauterine adhesiolysis (minor adhesions).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease factors: Acute setting of surgery, combination with other (major) surgery influencing convalescence, pregnancy, hysteroscopy within 12 weeks post partum, PID, presence of postoperative uterine niche, Asherman’s syndrome, (suspiscion of) malignancy. Patient factors: Age under 18 or over 65 years, legal incapacity, less than 8 hours per week of (un)paid employment, insufficient mastery of the Dutch language, no internet access.
