Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients need to have a smartphone and install the app that is provided to them through their own hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No possession of smartphone or tablet, no understanding of Dutch language.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of people that download the app and choose to check their health, perform the self-assessment and use the 7 day self-reported symptoms diary for one or more days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction with the information, satisfaction with the data / feedback from the monitoring of health and actions that they have performed based on the feedback from the app (e.g. contacted my GP) and the results from these actions (e.g. visited my GP, visited the emergency department, got admitted to the hospital, went into self isolation)
